We offer a full landlord safety inspection for your property that will once complete issue you a report. This takes into account the health and safety and fire hazards found on the inspection and offers you recommendations.
PAS79
Once the inspection has been completed you will receive a PAS79 report that will identify any issues found and detail any recommendations that are required. The report normally takes 2-3 days but this can be shortened on request.
