Landlords Fire Risk Assessments
We were recently asked by a residential association to perform some fire risk assessments on their properties located within Kensington Gardens. These properties consist of private leased apartments and HMOs. Due to the size and layout of these properties these proved to be quite tricky fire risk assessments to perform.
Location
We have assessors located throughout London who have many years of fire risk assessing in high risk buildings such as these. All of our assessors hold the NEBOSH Fire certificate as a minimum and belong to the Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE).
