Built in the early 1850s not much is known about this property and why it was built where it was. In the gardens early evidence of Neolithic habitation has been found.
Due to the age of the property and how it was built this fire risk assessment was somewhat more daunting than others to undertake. Nevertheless these types of assessments are the ones all assessors love to do!!
